When you lose a life partner, you face a major and unwanted life transition. Your whole life gets turned upside down. You need longer-term support as you resolve our grief and learn to rebuilt your life after a significant loss:

What's included: 

  • A grief support process based on proven methods for helping people heal their grief more quickly.    
  • Coaching sessions to help you engage with your overwhelming emotions and mental anxiety so you build confidence in your ability to face challenges of life without your partner.   
  • Private 1:1 sessions with your coach to help you overcome anxiety, fear, and other stumbling blocks as you learn to live life on your own terms. 

How it works: 

This package is designed to provide you with support for three months. We'll meet weekly for private 1:1 sessions that last approximately 60 minutes. We'll start with my specially designed grief-healing process. After that, we'll work with issues that matter most to you, as I teach you practices and tools to cope with this difficult transition and build your resolve and confidence in building a new life that's meaningful to you. 

A three-month package is $1440. When that's complete, we'll work together to design a coaching package that suits your needs going forward (e.g., additional months; frequency of coaching calls.)
